Hard to DispelDuppaṭivinodayasutta

“Mendicants, these five things are hard to dispel once they’ve arisen.“Pañcime, bhikkhave, uppannā duppaṭivinodayā. What five?Katame pañca? Greed, hate, delusion, the feeling of being inspired to speak out, and thoughts of traveling.Uppanno rāgo duppaṭivinodayo, uppanno doso duppaṭivinodayo, uppanno moho duppaṭivinodayo, uppannaṁ paṭibhānaṁ duppaṭivinodayaṁ, uppannaṁ gamikacittaṁ duppaṭivinodayaṁ. These five things are hard to dispel once they’ve arisen.”Ime kho, bhikkhave, pañca uppannā duppaṭivinodayā”ti.
