“A Buddha is the best of bipeds,“Sambuddho dvipadaṁ seṭṭho, a thoroughbred, the best of quadrupeds,ājānīyo catuppadaṁ; a good listener is the best of wives,Sussūsā seṭṭhā bhariyānaṁ, and the best of sons is loyal.”yo ca puttānamassavo”ti.
