“Sleepiness, sloth, and yawning,“Niddā tandī vijambhitā, discontent, and grogginess after eating:Aratī bhattasammado; because of this the noble pathEtena nappakāsati, doesn’t shine for creatures here.”Ariyamaggo idha pāṇinan”ti.

“Sleepiness, sloth, and yawning,“Niddaṁ tandiṁ vijambhitaṁ, discontent, and grogginess after eating:Aratiṁ bhattasammadaṁ; when this is energetically fended off,Vīriyena naṁ paṇāmetvā, the noble path is purified.”Ariyamaggo visujjhatī”ti.
