Liable to EndKhayadhammasutta

At Sāvatthī.Sāvatthinidānaṁ.

Seated to one side, Venerable Rādha said to the Buddha:Ekamantaṁ nisinno kho āyasmā rādho bhagavantaṁ etadavoca:

“Sir, they speak of a ‘liability to end’.“‘khayadhammo, khayadhammo’ti, bhante, vuccati. What has a liability to end?”Katamo nu kho, bhante, khayadhammo”ti?

“Rādha, form, feeling, perception, choices, and consciousness have a liability to end.“Rūpaṁ kho, rādha, khayadhammo, vedanā khayadhammo, saññā khayadhammo, saṅkhārā khayadhammo, viññāṇaṁ khayadhammo.

Seeing this …Evaṁ passaṁ …pe… They understand: ‘… there is nothing further for this place.’”nāparaṁ itthattāyāti pajānātī”ti.
