And what are the seven principles that prevent decline?Katame ca, bhikkhave, satta aparihāniyā dhammā? They are the seven awakening factors.satta bojjhaṅgā. What seven?Katame satta? The awakening factors of mindfulness, investigation of principles, energy, rapture, tranquility, immersion, and equanimity.Satisambojjhaṅgo …pe… upekkhāsambojjhaṅgo— These are the seven principles that prevent decline.”ime kho, bhikkhave, satta aparihāniyā dhammā”ti.
