Puṇṇamāsa (2nd)Puṇṇamāsattheragāthā

I gave up the five hindrances“Pañca nīvaraṇe hitvā, for the sake of sanctuary from the yoke.yogakkhemassa pattiyā; I took Dhamma as a mirrorDhammādāsaṁ gahetvāna, for knowing and seeing myself.ñāṇadassanamattano.

I examined this body,Paccavekkhiṁ imaṁ kāyaṁ, all of it, inside and out.sabbaṁ santarabāhiraṁ; Internally and externallyAjjhattañca bahiddhā ca, my body appeared hollow.tuccho kāyo adissathā”ti.
